The skirt zips and buttons with hook and eye closure on the side. Regrettably, the button is missing. Has belt loops and belt. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. The color of the skirt is slightly darker than the pictures depict (especially the red side). With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 15 1/2 inches, the hips are 20 1/2 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 17 inches.
