Soapstone Plate w/ Fish Design - Pink, Green, Blue

Soapstone plate with fish design. It has blue, pink, green, and white colors in the design. It is approximately 10" across. Based on similar items I found this is most likely from Kenya. No chips or cracks noted. Some minor scratching noted on the bottom of the plate. See pictures for further details on condition.
