Hi ! I'm sorry you have had a hard time with this. I believe if an item has not shipped within a certain timeframe Poshmark may automatically cancel it. You should be able to go under your purchases and it should say something like report a problem and then cancel order.

You have the option to cancel your order if it has not shipped by then and receive a full refund. If you or the seller have not cancelled it by 21 days Poshmark with automatically cancel it. Have you contacted the seller?

If you go to a sellers 'about' section it should tell you how long it takes them to ship on average. I try to buy from sellers who ship fast. I hope this helps.😊👍🏻

@smlatour I finally got it figured out. They have 7 days to actually ship it before it can be cancelled. But I ended up having to cancel several orders because they were never shipped. Thank you for the helpful info.😀😀😀

I've not had that happen, but I know how excited I am to get the things I order so I ship right away since others are excited too! Keeps my Posh Karma good!!

@pdottery65 I'm sorry to hear about your experience on Poshmark. It's certainly not a perfect system, but Poshmark does a pretty good job with monitoring the shipping. You can also reach out to the seller. I hope things,are,better. And thanks for stopping by my closet

Hi, I like to go to the “about” section on the profile also to see if they’re legit. I feel like a lot of people on PM post things they don’t actually physically have..pay attention to the type of pics posted. You can also scroll through comments and get a sense of how well that person communicates with a buyer. Hope my tips help 😊 best wishes on your closet 🖤

I had a huge issue with shipping recently. I shipped my items at a fed ex store inside a chain mall that said UPS and USPS pickups. They didn’t tell me that they only picked up once a week. So luckily my buyer wasn’t angry but it was a valuable lesson so I’m passing it on jnc someone else attempts to ship at one of those stores. Definitely ask the store about their shipping dates it’s worth knowing to prevent angry buyer. Xo j
