@carmenmariee but then they're going to lose sellers. It sucks. A buyer can destroy something and get there money back while the seller is stuck with no money or product. It needs to be fixed.

Video tape the packaging and condition of items up to and including the sealing of the package, will pics along the way. I do this on every sale due to bad experiences on a different site. Its time consuming and a pain but it will also safe guard you in the event this happens

It’s happened to me as well and I too was left scratching my head. I’ve often thought about looking into the “laws of the internet”, if there is such a thing. All I know is if we can come up with a cure for deadly diseases then we should be able to come up with laws that protect us from this type of parasite as well....
