Super cute and funky skirt brand new So Low skirt. Purchased this at a sample sale this is missing 4 buttons that can be easily replaced. The original had these funky chunky gold tone buttons. I thought I would find new buttons a fix but stashed in closet and forgot about it. Clearing out closet lots of great finds.
