It is perfect for stimulating your puppy by finding treats within the mat as well as helping with slowing down a fast eater by hiding their food within the mat. All you need to do is hide the treats through-out the mat and let your dog find them. They are made of fleece and a rubber mat. They are 10x10" and about 1.5" in height. You can wash in the sink and lay flat to dry. NOTE: Always remember to please monitor your fur babies with this mat.
