Snowman decoration

Vintage 1997 Frosty Folks stuffed snow lady. Cute and well made piece of folk art. She has a red felt coat/hat, plaid fabric dress and cute little string heart necklace. There is a red cardinal sitting on one of her arms. Base is a white muslin like fabric stuffed with polyester fiberfill. Originally purchased this from Marshall Fields in Chicago for $48 in 1997. The exterior is in wonderful condition but the under base has some discoloration from storage (see last photo). 12" tall/15" wide.
