New. But not brand new. … has a few old “scuffs” from stored with lots of other paint supplies. He has 2 chips on his hat brim (pictured, 1 front , 1 rear)… Nothing paint won’t cover. No cracks. This is one of my “newer” ones I added to my collection “to do” a few years ago. all my ready to paint pieces I have listed have been in my storage chest for anywhere from 2 to 30 years. It’s time to clean out my unpainted pieces chest. I’ve done soooo many of these over the years since the 90’s and my house can’t fit anymore!
