Snowflake Porcelain Ornament With Children Building Snowman Cream/Blue/Gold

Here is a hard to find gorgeous porcelain snowflake ornament with a center picture of two children building a snowman and cutout edging. The primary colors are cream and blue with gold leaf trim. I believe this piece to be vintage but could not verify that. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
