damiangray
@tonbridge Hi,I would sell 2 , not one,that way I still have a pair to sell.

damiangray
I'm sorry, but thinking about it further I don't really want to break them up..They sell really well during the holidays as a set.peopel buy them and sell or gift them separately. it's just easier...
Thanks for understanding.
I'll tag you if I get any singles People loved the ones I've sold on here. Maybe you'll find something else you like!

@warnocks p.s...I have a few sets & used some for my Marie Antoinette window in a tribute to the Hamptons Int.Film festival.got tired of typical Halloween windows and the festival coincided with the dates..made the windows much more fun!

warnocks
@damiangray Oh! I want to do a Marie Antoinette and Paris bowl!!!!
Sep 11Reply

damiangray
@warnocks great idea! my tribute was to Sofia Cappolas version..I also did a tribute to Breakfast at Tiffany's, the Birds,Marilyn Monroe,Liz Taylor & the Women in Film..had a blast! For another store I styled a Hermes tabletop setting for the Hampton Classic horse Show.and even a Steampunk tribute w Napoleon on a mechanical horse!

damiangray
@warnocks I staged windows for almost 15 years and cant believe I never ran out of ideas..still amazed by that..I guess when you're turned on it doesnt stop..
Sep 11Reply

warnocks
@damiangray My bowl would definitely be a tribute to the Sofia Coppola version as well. Loved the sets and costumes and music in that movie!! Awesome! I used to love to go to the downtown Dallas Neiman Marcus store to work just so I could look at the beautiful window displays. They were always so fantastical and magical! Loved them!!

Our window designer for the Limited flagship store in Dallas would snort cocaine before doing the window sets. She spent more time starting off into space talking to herself than she ever did on the windows! Ahh, the 80βs!!!

@warnocks I posted above a Sam Van Olffen, (the Frenchman I spoke of) poster above for your review..Its comical..A very smart looking woman in short skirt & heels on a typewriter with an impressive Steampunk contraption that leads to mech.hand w/ feather quill writing a note.
Most of Sam's work is humorous if not ironic..

@damiangray OMG! Isnβt that the coolest picture! As soon as I get back on my feet Iβm doing the Steampunk bowl. When they scanned my kidneys they saw I had a hiatal hernia and itβs a very large hole in my abdominal wall and 1/2 my stomach is pushed through that and pressing on my heart so I have to have surgery within the week! No wonder I never feel good! π

@warnocks Oh man,
it just hasnt stopped for you lately has it?!
Thank goodness they found it and you're taking care of it soon! You'll be better in no time,I'm sure & will be in my heart & mind..I'll be sending healing thoughts your way for a speedy recovery!!!!

Yes, both bowls will be great and you'll enjoy the research..Antoinette & Steampunk..Can't wait to see! xxx

Leslie, I love these so much! I think I want to give them to my granddaughters for Christmas. Would you stand something next to one, like a soda can, just so I can visualize how big they are? Thanks!! My son and his family are in NYC. Wish I was with them and Iβd meet you for lunch! π

Does your son know about the holiday fairs in NY? featuring vendors from all over the world..Tibet, London, the U.S fabulous!..one is in Bryant Park another is in Central Park& I'm not sure if there's 1 more downtown. They have heaters throughout..great treats & hot chocolate.
Dec 06Reply

damiangray
@warnocks The last time I went I picked up some beautiful beads fromTibet..very very reasonable pricing too.
Dec 06Reply

warnocks
@damiangray I asked my daughter-in-law if they knew about the fairs and she said they did but just didnβt have time to go. They were only there for a few days and had too many things they wanted to do. Thanks for posting the extra pics of the snow globes. Very helpful. Still trying to decide what Iβm going to do. πππ

Do these 4 come in the Laduree box? If so, can you post a pic of the box?
Jul 13Reply

damiangray
@tailoredtogs No,they have a custom box specially made to hold the 4 globes. They're, "in the style of ", but not actually Laduree. Best,Leslie
