breannmichele @tulind hi dear..yes it's is. I bought it last summer & never got around to using it. It's a large bag with two slip pockets and a zipper pocket. It has red satin fabric inside. It hangs with the top of the bag at my hip &,im.5'4 dear. I have it rapped up in store to Pro protect the bag.
