Smudge Bundle

Home grown and handmade by me! Fresh cut and dried yew and mugwort from the garden, wrapped into smudge bundles using hemp/cotton cord. Yew produces a nice pine and campfire scent when burned and mugwort gives a citrusy and smoky smell. You will receive 3 large smudges (about 5-8" long) total, with 2 mugwort smudges and 1 yew smudge! Smudges are popularly used for cleansing of the environment and meditation. Yew is said to help with strength, rebirth, and longevity. It is associated with divination and astral travel. Mugwort is sometimes called the "dream weed" because of claims that it promotes vivid dreams. Sometimes used for 'moxibustion' which may produce a relaxing effect. Some believe it can treat menstrual cramps or turn a baby in breech position during pregnancy. May also be used as bug repellant or incense!
