White smocked waist crinkle texture maxi dress. V neck in front and back with tie in back. Skirt is lined. Only worn once for a couple of hours for a beach photo shoot then washed in cold water and hung to dry. Size small petite. Body 85% viscose/15% nylon. Lining 98% polyester/ 2% elastane. Length from armpit to bottom of dress: 40”
