Smocked silk paisley dress

Silk paisley maxi dress in a pink somewhere between rose and salmon. Smocked tube top. Ankle length with slits up the side (not high). This dress is comfy (has pockets!) but formal, and great for summer parties. Unfortunately, there are some small marks, and some discoloration toward the bottom (shown). I am not sure if these can be removed by a good dry cleaner. I believe this dress could be shortened as well, in which case the larger discolored portion could be cut off. Price reflects flaws.
