Smocked paisley dress with 3D Flower

This high-quality dress was made by Ann Loren by Jess Kids. It is size 2T to 3T. It has a smocked chest in good condition. Please see the picture for some loose threads on the very top line of the smocking. There's an adorable frill on the bottom. There is potentially very very light wash wear. This is in good used condition.
