Smocked off-the-shoulder elephant mini dress

Adorable smocked bodice, off-the-shoulder patterned dress with elephants around the hem. Synthetic fabric, light and airy. This dress is pretty short, so if you are tall or have a long torso, know that this dress will be very short on you. I'm 5'3 and it hits me at my mid- to upper-thigh. This dress has never been worn and always stored on a hanger in a non-smoking environment.
