Lapis o/s Brown & Mint Green Floral Smock Top Dress or Skirt either way it’s gorgeous. Only selling if full asking price is met. As it is a fav! Flaw on top band stitching came apart can be sewn to be as good as new. This was purchased in the late 90’s. Worn twice and washed & been hanging out ever since. Great over jeans or a swimsuit.
