Smocked Square Neck Dress

Knee length version of this dress, I’ve seen it in a midi version as well. Unsure if this dress was altered before I owned it (another thrift find that is no longer the right length for my body). The pattern on the dress is still vibrant after wearing and washing! Completely smocked in the front chest and partially smocked in the back at the waist.
