adbl4 Does this have just an open bottom skirt, any bloomers or other attachments? Any wholes or stains? Does it truly tie closed on top or are those just attached bows for looks?

liz4310 @adbl4 hi! There are no bloomers, the ties are added as decoration and I just saw the tiniest spot at the very bottom above the ricrac. It hasn’t been treated so it will probably come out. I added more Pictures for you to see :)
