Smocked Form Fitting Maxi

This is really a statement dress. It’s smocked/stretchy all the way to the knee so pretty easy fit. If it were a size smaller, I would definitely keep but tad too big and long. It would probably look great with some heels but would probably look edgy and cool with some doc martins. I am 5’6” and it hits at my ankles.
