Smocked Fish Shorts - 18 months

Never worn or washed smocked fish shorts. Has a mesh lining, so they are technically swim shorts, but the fabric isn’t a typical swim material, so could definitely be used as normal shorts as well. So cute! NWOT - grew out of them before we got to wear
