Smocked Eyelet Peplum Tank

Eyelet ruffle tank top with peplum body. Bodice is all smocked and the tiered peplum is a soft eyelet. Can be worn off the shoulder or on as a regular tank. The tank strap is a little too long for me, otherwise she’s super cute! Small snag on the right armpit side. Please see photo
