This very pretty vase, made by Chinese artisans, was commissioned and sold by the Smithsonian during its Chinese art exhibit. The vase features a lotus flower design, which symbolizes purity, beauty, enlightenment and transcendence in Asian art. Colors are pinks, blues, and greens on a white background, with a gold ring around the rim and base.
The vase is pre-owned, in excellent condition with the original Smithsonian sticker on bottom, and has been kept in a cabinet unused. No cracks or crazing. Approximately 11" tall by 7" at its widest point.
Item will be double-boxed for added protection during shipping.
