It's professionally framed, under glass, in black wood, with 2.5" black mat border. The frame measures 21" L x 17" W. The visible poster measures 14" L x 10.5" W. I believe the poster to be original. There are signs of its age with just a bit discoloring on "Smithsonian" lettering but still in very good vintage. The artist of this poster is Howard Miller, and it is a great example of war time art.
