Women's size small Smartwool running tights. These are from the now-discontinued PhD line. They are merino-lined for warmth and have a windproof layer on the outside. I mainly used these for cross-country skiing and they were great in cold windy conditions. Side pockets (one that zips, one that's open), and zippers at the backs of the ankles for easy on and off. The sizing is consistent with Smartwool base layers, though note that these are not high-waisted like Smartwool's baselayer bottoms. Waist 28" (and stretchy) Rise 8" Inseam 28.5"
