Small shop high fashion NYE outfit size 3/4

This was a custom outfit from a high-end small shop with a gold velour cropped long sleeve shirt and upcycled sequin and velour bloomers. We wore over tights with military boots, and I wish I could find a pic because it was very stylish. It reminds me of a ringmaster. There is lacy tulle on the bloomer hemline in front. You won't find another like it.
