Small plate Tarrytown by International China Co.

Small blue flower plate from International China Co., Tarrytown sy- 1612 pattern. The plate has blue flowers and has a cream matte color and has scalloped edges. The plate is good for dessert or appetizers. It is 7 (13/16)” in diameter. It is microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. It is stoneware made in Japan. I don’t know when it was produced if anyone knows please let me know. The plate may be vintage I am not sure. It has no chips or cracks. I accept or make offers. The $7 price is final.
