Beautifully painted house with antique car and Morton salt billboard. Painting was done in 1986 and signed by artist. I’m sorry I can’t make out the name of the artist. Beautifully detailed artwork and gorgeous wooden frame. Excellent condition. 10 1/2” x 12 1/2”.

napa34 I see that the last picture may look like it’s a thinner frame but then it’s the matting that is pictured and then the rest of the frame is not in the picture
