Small mini halter black dress

Small, cute mini halter black dress that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. The top is of a stretchy material and will hug you. Dress length is 30.5 inches (not including the halter strap). Upper part of the dress is black and lower is striped grey, red and black. Very unique dress. Dress is mostly A line. It is lightly worn with no visible signs of wear.
