Small, fit and flare dress!

Cute little skater dress. Very flattering and I wish it fit me. It is in great shape but it looks like there is some seam stretch. Nothing that looks like it will come apart but I want to note anything I find. I got too big for it and the stretch is probably from me trying to get it back off. Open to offers.
