Small cotton dress

Cute little strapless cotton dress. Used with love with no flaws. Zipper up the back. There is some elastic in the back bust area to give more room there. The black ribbon area below the bust does not stretch though and is 24". (My measuring tape is a little folded in these pictures). Smoke free home.
