Small Women’s Modern Citizen Silk Blue Dress - looks blue/periwinkle. Lots of coverage in front with a V open back. Slightly puffed sleeves. Super elegant. As you can see from the photo, it needs to be dry-cleaned for a water stain. Obviously wrinkles easily, so didn’t feel the need to dry-clean just to be wrinkled in the mail. For reference, I’m 5’1”.
