Small Vintage Pewter Tray

Small vintage tray, most likely pewter because it's non magnetic and heavy for its size with no tarnishing. I cannot find anything on the brand label from the back. This could be an ashtray, trinket tray or jewelry tray and the front says Island 1952. Tray shows normal signs of wear (surface scratches) but there are no dents or other damage.
