Small TARDIS Dress, Hot Topic, Blue and White

Hot Topic brand, size small, knee-length, Peter Pan collared dress with material made of 95% rayon, 5% spandex. Light blue material contrasted with white. It has a scoop neckline with mesh material spotted with blue, and a set of intentionally nonfunctional buttons that extend from the collar to the waist. Signs of wear: there are some loose threads around the sleeve seams and one of the buttons, but no tears, rips, or loose buttons. The embroidered elements at the sleeves of the dress are a little rumpled.
