Small Soldiers Commando Elite CHIP HAZARD Hasbro Figure 1998 New Sealed (Read)

Brand new vintage Small Soldiers Chip Hazard figure from the year 1998 very rare. The packaging has some defects such as the plastic has turned brown. Previous owner must had left it in the sun. Also the plastic broke around Chip Hazards head and looks to be a small defect on his hairline. Cardboard has some creasing and wear. Other than that it’s never been open. I would love to open it and display it my self because small soldiers is such a childhood memory. Hope it finds a good home
