New with tags Polka Dot dresses. White with black dots. Has very short under slip. Sleeveless with a full bodice with an elastic waist. Back of the bodice has layered opening. This dress was bought oversees about 3 years ago. It was ordered in 3x but fits like size 8-10. Soft fabric, perfect for summer, very nice, full and long.
