Small Pink Forever 21 Fit and Flare Skirt

Small pink skirt from Forever 21 that has never been worn before. It is true to size and the waist band is made out of a stiffer material, so there isn’t much stretch to be able to fit a medium. The skirt ends a little above mid thigh and has a zip up on the side.
