Small Knee-Length Zig-Zag Dress

This is a small dress from Rue21. It is navy blue on top with a navy blue and orange-pink zigzag patter on the skirt. There is a gold zipper in the back. It has a fitted top and a loose skirt. It is like new and has only been worn once. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
