Small Japanese umbrella Hokusai wave decoration

Vintage decorative umbrella with artist Hokusai’s “great wave of Kanagawa“ print. Just under 12” across when umbrella is open. Design printed on paper, structure is black plastic. 9.5” tall. Great decorative piece to set on a surface, or you tie string to the rods and hang it from the wall or ceiling. On the underside there is just one mark (see last photo).
