Small Billy T Flannel Cardigan

This is a super cute, long, flannel cardigan with frilled ends and pockets from Billy T. It is super soft and in great shape, but I never wear it. There is a tie with a black lace in the back to make it super cute! There is, however, a small bleach stain on one of the pockets, but I feel like it adds to the personality of the piece! Size small. Used, but barely worn.
