I won this hiking backpack in a raffle. it has nice buckles and zippers and is size adjustable from mid-teen to medium/large adult. It is not designated as a Women's pack, however having my wife try it on it does not seem that the chest or hip straps are poorly placed. I don't have any money invested in this item, but it is nice enough I could keep it around 10 years for my son. I would just rather see it get used.
