Any cookbook and/or recipes that comes out of America's Test Kitchen has to be the best. because they test recipes over and over again. and not just 'throw it out there'! This is a Copyright 2013 I have 2 copies of this (by mistake) I haven't even open up this one, so it really is 'brand new'. They have everything in this book from appetizers to desserts, so amazing!
