This soft, drapey halter by American Eagle Outfitters features a cinched, elastic bottom hemline and a sheer, floral-printed tie to tie behind neck. Also, in addition to the empire bustline, there is a large split to show maximum cleavage. Top shows no sign of wear since this was rarely taken out of the closet. Size is a medium but due to design, top could be worn as a dress for a size small person and up an XL for a tighter look.
