Slip Skirt

Black silky slip skirt with elastic waist and lace trim. The first pic is with flash to show the lace design...The pink/beige lining shows through slightly under the lace. I believe this is a vintage piece. There's no brand names and two material tags...one says 100% silk and one says 100% polyester, so thinking it's the skirt and the lining on separate tags. Waist is elastic and measures 27" (stretches out to about 34"). Length is 21". Please feel free to ask questions.
