Slinky vintage black dress

VERY stretchy and sultry vintage black dress Slightly sheer. Has lots of topstitched shaping seams--and that amazing drapey flared bottom. Flat Measurements, unstretched: ( about 3"-4 comfortable stretch) 15" B 12.5" W 16" H Height is about 60" on the rack, shortens on a body, but I'd say it's definitely too long for a petite person. Dress form's measurements are 39" bust, 31" waist, 40" hips. No fiber tag, my guess would be a nylon or poly blend. It is slightly cool to the touch
