Slinky silver mesh belt/tie

Silver mesh tie or belt. Very pretty addition to an evening outfit. It is 58” long and 2 1/2” wide. Something weird happened on one end. It looks like it folded over on itself and caught. I think you can fix it but I didn’t want to start on it.
