Slim black dress

Short black dress, with silver rings on top. Only worn once which was for homecoming Size 3/4 in women’s. Still looks brand new. In the pic of me wearing it, it looks a little shorter because I pinned the bottoms of it. It’s about 1inch longer unpinned.
