lying flat, at the seam of waist, it is 24.5 inches
pocket to pocket 15 inches across
chest around 32
but I'm a 2/4 and a 34B.
fits nicely on the top but would definitely stretch up to a D cup or fit smaller breasted person without swallowing them.
the flexibility in the waist does not curl just adjusts to accommodate body type. Will not look huge on smaller person, will not look too snug on 4/6 woman.
