Sleeveless top with adjustable waist tie, XL

This top was bought new at Nordstrom. I wore it 2-4x. Just cleaning out. Very soft, EUC. Black with white stripes. There is an adjustable side-ruching, which is built in. Easy to adjust for comfort, and can expand or cinch up with you. Size XL.
