Sleeveless tie-neck top Old Navy M

This flows black floral top can be worn tied at the next or open. Black background, flower colors are pink, yellow, white, and green. There is a small fray on the neckline, see photos. This hits a little behind the shoulder line. It's not very noticeable but please note it's there:)
